A Note on Seconds: A few of our chickens have some retained redness in the package and/or the tissues of the meat. Often this disappears upon thawing, but if not, the meat can be soaked in cold water to draw out anything left (if that is a concern). The meat is perfectly fine to eat, it's just not as pretty! These chickens are 20% off.
